There will be additional 7 days quarantine from city to city movement.
So from Hanoi to Hai phong city, even I finished 4weeks(28days) quarantine, there will be 7days more.
OMG, that's disaster!
It would be hard to describe my feelings now as I almost done my self quarantine in Hanoi.
